Answer multi-line phone system in an effort to engage with current and prospective membersRecord and fulfill reservation requestsCreate marketing materials for club events to promote attendanceAssist department directors in completing time sensitive assignments, including, but not limited to, updating current menus, contacting members in an effort to keep payments up to date, and keeping member information up to dateUtilize Microsoft Office Suite in completing various assignmentsProvide exceptional customer service, including, but not limited to, answering member and guest questions and referring members to the proper director for further inquiries

-Create marketing materials for membership and concert advertisement-Create, format, and update handbooks and concert programs-Contact singers’ parents in an effort to keep payments up to date, keeping attendance up to date, and keeping singer contact and emergency information up to date-Work with the Children’s Choir and Chorale Treasurers to ensure moneys received and spent are recorded and correct, while maintaining the budget-Utilize Microsoft Office Suite in completing various tasks-Provide timely and professional responses, including, but not limited to, answering singer and parent questions and referring parents to the proper Artistic Director or Chorale Board Member for further inquiries

• Answer multi-line phone system in an effort to engage with current and prospective guests• Record and fulfill reservation requests• Provide exceptional customer service, including, but not limited to, answering guest questions and seating guests at appropriate tables

• Prepare on-site cash drawers prior to the start of morning and evening shifts to ensure drawers have the minimal required cash on hand• Manage all front of house employees as well as assisting back of house staff to ensure smooth operations for guests
