Develop and lead the execution of the environmental compliance and sustainability strategy across a region with nine manufacturing facilities across diverse geographical locations from Argentina to Canada

Accountable for the development and deployment of initiatives that support the attainment of PepsiCo’s sustainability agenda by further integrating sustainability into core business processes globally within our own operations and those of our value chain partners. I work closely with sector sustainability and supply chain leaders across the organization and externally and collaborate with a matrix network of global functions to take ReCon to the next level and ‘beyond the fence line’, increasing the impact of the program across PEP’s manufacturing locations while also building and executing a ReCon program for PEP’s franchise bottlers, contract manufacturers and key suppliers.

Drove the implementation and improvement of critical review and response processes and daily management and training systems through leveraging cross-functional influence

- Led the operation and maintenance of on-site wastewater treatment plant (two-stage biological treatment system discharging average of 1.5M gallons/day) - Reduced annual operating budget by 5% ($150K) in one year through use of LSS principles - Managed on-site environmental compliance programs to zero regulatory compliance impact

Led the site to zero environmental incidents, 42% reduction in recordable rate and 11% increase in corporate audit score

Led the implementation of HSE programs, annual plan and training plan and established and executed facility-specific action items based on local trend analysis that supported PBC's overall HSE objectives and drove down losses at the Atlanta Gatorade facility.Served as the site change agent and influencer within local leadership in the absence of HSE Manager

Providing third party document review services to the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) through the review of documentation of LEED-registered buildings throughout the US and abroad in several LEED rating systems.
