Main duties:-Definition of job profiles (IT specialists).-Preparation and distribution of job offers in accordance with the needs of managers.-Candidates search via LinkedIn, GoldenLine, and other relevant tools.-Identification and evaluation of potential candidates by e-mail or phone.-Scheduling appointments for managers.-Monitoring all candidates for the office.-Monitoring indicators (quantitative and qualitative) and weekly reporting.
