-Leading Cyramza new indication project to optimize the market potential of colon rectal cancer (CRC) in Taiwan.-Successfully worked out the treatment flow, position of the product for the treatment of CRC and business model to demonstrate the business size and helped the managements make the critical decision on launching the indication.-Assisting Cyramza multiple indications 5-year sales projection to help reimbursement strategy development.
