Born and raised in Shanghai, China, she loves attending classical music concerts, playing rugby, cycling on the 9W Highway, and cooking traditional Chinese dishes. Since Summer 2024, she has been a research assistant for Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory’s Organic Geochemistry / Microbial Evolution and Biogeochemistry Lab, analyzing the seasonal and geospatial patterns of geochemical ocean conditions in areas of high phytoplankton productivity.
