As the leader of a group of negotiators, thanks to the experience I have gained over many years in CRO, I know how important it is to efficiently negotiate contracts for clinical trials, thanks to which we can open sites and recruit patients who have high hopes for participating in the study.Negotiations are not about exchanging information between the parties, but about reaching an understanding and agreeing on satisfactory contract terms for both parties in the shortest possible time. It also is a strategic discussion intended to resolve an issue that both parties find acceptable.It is important in this process to get to know the negotiating party and their needs as well as to maintain good relations with the other party while understanding the requirements and expectations of the Sponsors.My many years of negotiation experience, knowledge of the Polish market and our local sites, their requirements and expectations have a significant impact on the quality and speed of this process.Thanks to this, I am happy to share my knowledge and exchange experiences with other people in the clinical research industry.
