In my role at Philip Morris Polska Distribution Sp. z o.o., I provide daily support for SCADA and MES class production systems, local middle-ware solutions.I am participating and leading projects and changes in production area as well as looking for and implementing improvements in the systems as well as business processes.My role is to cooperate with vendors providing software and solutions for production environment.I am responsible for installation and configuration of server application, report fix and creation and solving application issues according to Windows Server Administration Tools.To do effectively my work I need to liaise with a large number of specialist teams world-wide as well as communicate effectively with local management, and users, someof whom are not IT-literate.

In my role at Vesuvius, I provide daily support for ERP systems and bespokeapplications to a demanding user-base. I use issue tracking systems such asAltiris to help track and resolve issues, and I need to liaise with a large numberof specialist teams world-wide.In addition, I assist with the roll-out of new versions of these systems. Thisinvolves leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing, in addition toproviding training and documentation of new features. To do this, I have tocommunicate effectively with developers, local management, and users, someof whom are not IT-literate. I have played an extremely important part in thesuccessful implementation of several large and complex roll-outs of ERP andother systems.

In my role at Suder Plus, I provided sole support to many users, both in the officeand in a network of over 50 shops. To do this, I had to quickly gain goodknowledge of Oracle and Digitland Enterprise. I also played a major role in thesuccessful implementation of an Oracle BI solution for the business, which meantI had to be very versatile - preparing reports, providing training, testing, andwriting documentation.
