1.Formulate the financial objectives, policies and operating procedures of the company and report to the general manager and the board of directors according to the authorization2. Establish and improve the organizational structure of the company's financial system, set up positions, clarify responsibilities, ensure the quality of financial and accounting information, reduce operating and management costs, ensure smooth information flow and improve efficiency3.To provide financial descriptions of the company's business objectives, provide a basis for business management decisions, and regularly review and measure the company's business risks and adopt effective measures to prevent them4.Review financial statements, submit financial analysis and management reports; participate in the analysis, demonstration and decision-making of investment projects5.Follow up and analyze various financial indicators to reveal potential operational problems and provide management with reference for decision making; develop effective financing strategies and plans according to the actual operating conditions of the company, and use various financial instruments to ensure the optimal capital structure of the company
