- Introducing new communication channels, including institution profiles in social media - currently Twitter approx. 25 thousand followers, Facebook about 50 thousand.- Developing and implementing communication and PR plans.- Building relationships with media, institutions and cooperating companies- Improving the flow of information in crisis by developing communication procedures within the institution and between the institutions involved.- Organizing conferences, workshops and seminars.- Preparing national and international crisis management exercises in the area of crisis communication.- Leading an inter-institutional team developing the procedures of crisis communication for major events - World Youth Day 2016 and the NATO Summit in Warsaw.- Preparing and conducting trainings in the field of communication, including crisis communication, e.g. annual workshops for spokespersons of voivodes, trainings for employees of the Centre and other public administration institutions.- From 2017, the NATO’s civil expert in the field of crisis communication - access to classified information up to the secret level (NATO Secret, UE Secret).- Member of the project team preparing NATO crisis management exercises for Poland.

Co-creating the information policy of the Centre- Preparing press releases, conferences and brieings.- Administrating and developing the website.- Cooperating with press spokespersons of public administration in the scope of ensuring the coordination of information policy in crisis situations.- Participation in the preparation of procedures and guidelines for public administration spokespersons in the field of crisis communication.- Preparing and conducting trainings in the field of communication (especially information management in crisis situations).Projects:- Substantive preparation of national and international crisis management exercises in the area of information management in a crisis, including: * Libero 2012 and 2013 - national crisis management exercise,* CMX- NATO crisis management exercise 2009, 2011, 2012- One of the leaders in the project "Preparation of the organization of the social communication process in crisis situations during Euro 2012" (part of the team for the development and implementation of the information policy of the UEFA EURO 2012 Security Program).

- Improving internal communication of the institution by coordinating work on the implementation of the intranet portal of the ministry.- Advising the management of the institution in the field of internal communication.- Editing information materials and messages for employees.

- Creating the image of the Ministry of Finance.- Providing an expert support to the institution's management, senior leaders, associates and specialists from cooperating institutions (in particular, spokespersons of tax and customs chambers).- Coordinating work on the introduction of internal and external communication channels.
