Due to the results of my work, I got a promotion and was appointed to Medium Level Clients CSM. I focused on alignment with client values, provided product presentations, analyzed customer indicators and assisted in improving them, as well as renewed contracts. I showed consistent improvement in renewing the contracts for 3 years in a row: I achieved an 11% rate of contract upsell and reduced the client churn by 3%, reaching 22% as a result. Additionally, I managed side-projects for the Customer Success team: developed marketing materials, launched pool-wide email campaigns, initiated key feature updates, and elaborated tutorials for clients and team members.

I was promoted to work as a CSM with low contract rate customers. I was holding a pool of about 800 clients. and was responsible for granting access to the platform, providing product presentations, and renewing the contracts. I managed to improve the client churn rate by 5% and to keep the upsell rate of the projected 30%.

I worked on granting access to the platform for Premium users during the onboarding season. Also, I was responsible for Premium customer support by processing their requests, including resolving technical questions and providing short demo of user account.
