The hotel welcomes both domestic and international guests.As an intern in the Human Resource department, I helped to organize corporate events for employees, managed open job vacancies, assisted recruitment manager in interviewing job candidates, updated the event board for employees and helped the HR coordinator with the monthly newsletters.

International Students Rotterdam (ISR) helps international students integrate into Dutch society through academic/career events, parties, social activities and different workshop. As an HR manager, I ensured the members got enough motivation, care and support at any time. I checked their progress through personal development plans, organized and led monthly bonding activities and trips, and helped them to balance their student, professional and personal lives. Moreover, I conducted recruitment for open positions.
