As an Account Executive at Carat I have implemented successful advertising campaigns and building strong client relationships. Through my time at Carat I have achieved the follow:- Multi-tasking skills through working on multiple high profile accounts with end to end management of campaigns. Through my time working at Lipsy I was privileged to work on exciting events and creative projects and achieved the following:- Initiated ideas for several company events (from 40 to 250 attendees), creating themes and proving my organisational and supplier liaison skills when booking venues, caterers and decorations. - Kept in budgets of all events whilst delivering high quality events - Created and continually refreshed content across LinkedIn and Instagram to attract talent. For example, achieved a 230% increase in engagement with the Lipsy and Next Beauty LinkedIn pages- Verbally presented to and negotiated and agreed social media content plans with four key internal departments - Redesigned the structure and content of the Lipsy internal website to create a user friendly navigation with a ‘fresh’ feel

I joined Moorhouse June 2021 in their People and Talent team. I have played an HR generalist role here and been heavily involved in different elements of their HR team including Onboarding, People and Talent, Learning and Development. Being a generalist has allowed me to learn and develop skills in all different areas of a functioning HR team. From being involved in different areas of the team it has taught me exceptional organisational skills and learning to prioritise.Some of the tasks and skills I developed are:- Recruiting and onboarding a diverse range of talent- Implementing a new cross business HR system- Talent Development, training and well being- Marketing Campaigns-Ensuring new joiners feel supported by advising people managers on their timing of communications -Reporting on annual leave entitlements in the absence of the HR system- Onboarding new joiners to ensure they experience joining us is smooth and enjoyable - Preparing for annual quality audit

I worked at Challengers for a total of 6 years. Whilst working with this charity I was able to develop a wide range of communicational skills. During my time I worked with individuals with a variety of different disabilities - helping them develop their somatic and cognitive skills through different techniques. I was able to attend several behaviour management courses during my time here which developed my understanding of implementing the most appropriate ways to deal with more challenging behaviours.
