Assisting with all other recruitment across the business on an ad hoc basis. Key focus was reduced reliance on agencies. As the Key User I worked with HQ to launch Taleo as a new recruitment tool within the UK.- Responsible for areas of training across the business including the budget. I organise group external trainings in soft skills and run internal courses focussing on management skills and Gallup Strengths Finder. I source providers for new training needs when needed.- I own annual appraisals across the business which entails setting deadlines, running training courses, assisting with any queries and managing the back end system.- Assisting managers across the business with probationary periods, performance management and disciplinaries.- I own the onboarding process for all new starters, this year launching a new onboarding day which is a Red Bull tour around London on a classic red London bus. I have one to one's with each new starter in their first week to introduce them to Red Bull and the areas of HR.- Working closely with the People Manager on Red Bull's annual salary review.- I conduct exit interviews with all leavers and share any relevant information with senior management to make improvements for the future.- Working closely with HQ in Austria on all HR aspects and new HR tools.
