Unite UW is a quarterly on-campus cultural exchange program that builds bridges between domestic and international students at the University of Washington. Our goal is to create a mutually-enriching global experience in a local setting. The program aims to engage student participants in cultural exchanges to enhance cultural understanding, overcome barriers and boundaries, inspire lasting international relationships and unify our campus. My job as facilitator entails: - Facilitating discussions and meetings with a group of college students - Learning about the diversity of cultures through fun activities and conversations
