Our fitness instructors are highly trained and qualified to provide you with form-focused adjustments that will push you to your limits without compromising your safety. All of our classes are designed to focus on core strength and conditioning while getting a great full-body workout. Our small group fitness classes include 2 types of reformer pilates classes, kickboxing, strength training, TRX, Bootcamp, HIIT, Low Impact, Bodyweight classes, Restoration classes and more. We also offer private and semi private training!Annabelle is a wife, mama of two amazing kiddos and a former financial services exec who’s always had a passion around fitness as a lifestyle. She planned on continuing her career in financial services, have a family and fulfill her dream of opening a studio all at the same time and life said, nope, you can’t do it all, something’s gotta give. That’s the short version of her story. Annabelle retired from her former career in Corporate America where she successfully build out distribution at various start ups, as well as was the head of Client Relations in Financial Services. She retired so that she could focus on her family, her health and her new studio that she built. Her focus and love of creating community within her community is a passion of hers and she hasn’t looked back since! Annabelle wanted to create something that was unique from all the studios she’s attended over the years, something that not only would provide amazing workouts, but a sense of community, serenity and a place everyone would look forward to coming to regardless of how their day was going. She wanted this studio to be what her clients look forward to the most in their day, where they check everything at the door and are greeted with smiles, get a kick ass workout and leave feeling like they are on top of the world!Welcome to FLEXX Studios!
