One of my main responsibilities was to manage our relationship with the Smithsonian Insititution, which was both challenging and rewarding as we evolved the nature of that relationship significantly over the three years.This was a time of innovation for the business. We rebuilt our website, modernized our marketing materials and channels and brought renewed focus to product development during this time, launching new tours to the West Coast and Hawaii- an unconventional growth approach in this traditionally DC/NY focused segment.
