Current- I support my client portfolio to transforming theirs workplaces with engaging training courses & employee assessments and elevate their success, aiming to assist them in their cultural and digital transformation.- Based on their training and development needs, I coordinate and promote training programs and initiatives that enhance employees, self-awareness and self-development. I also assistthem in implementing the 70-20-10 learning model within theorganization.- I chair meetings and host webinars, workshops, and inspirational sessions for key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals with their teams.- I provide progress reports related to customer engagement and proactively offer improvement ideas.- I supervise and provide support in the implementation of current agreements and manage continuity and loyalty agreements.- Ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders - I lead local projects that contribute to improving our efficiency, agility, and customer success.
