Current• Works closely with the CEO in looking after daily optimization of various operations in different departments. • Assumes client relations responsibilities through answering client questions, assessing project delivery problems, and resolving issues. • Gives suggestions and advises management for making key changes in planning of various issues and business decisions. • Plans the activities of various departments and discusses them with heads of every department. • Monitors the quality control of various project activities with regards to project deliverables. • Conducts regular meetings to make all department heads ensure that the projects are on time and on track. • Acts as mediator for conflict resolution among various departments. • Sets and assigns operational goals for departments.
