Through most of my professional life , I have been professionally involved in the field of HR and have also developed my interests in medical field and life science field. In my current career phase, I aspire to further develop myself in the HR domain by supporting managers and cultivating positive employee experiences within the organization. For the past few years I have deepened my knowledge in various HR processes, ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee evaluations, benefits, performance, training aspects and smooth offboarding process. My experience working with employees in the realm of benefits, recruitment and HR operations coupled with my previous roles, would enable me to engage in effective and collaborative partnerships with managers. I could also leverage my expertise in hard HR areas like labour ław, along with my interests in motivation and mentoring, to efficiently contribute to the organization in this capacity. In my work, I prioritize clear and concise communication, assessing needs, and building relationships. I believe that the accumulated experience and skills I possess will enable me to effectively carry out tasks in my new position.
