Human Resources Advisor
CurrentAs an HR Advisor, I am responsible for addressing all HR-related queries for three designated divisions. I work closely with the Head of HR and Senior Leadership teams to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies, including disciplinary, grievance, and change management processes.● Provide visible and accessible advisory services to staff on employment matters, including high-risk queries.● Collaborate with designated HR coordinators on recruitment, induction, and contract preparation.● Ensure accurate payroll data within the Access PeopleHR system, including budget reconciliation.● Oversee all HR data-related projects for the Trust on a regular basis, including HR KPIs, Gender Pay Gap reporting, sickness statistics, metrics for leavers and new starters, and salary statement delivery.
