Initial Teacher Training Coordinator
CurrentCreating and promoting the Danes Educational Trust (DET) Marketing and Communications Including building websites for ITT to ensure a cohesive approach to development of promotional materials relating to ITT across the Trust which currently comprises 4 primaries and 5 offering secondary provisionacross a range of settings,• Coordinate and lead open events, as required, in support of marketing DET ITT opportunities,and attend and promote the DET ITT offer at external recruitment events.• Undertake all administration associated with the DET ITT offer including preparation ofmaterials as required, organisation of meetings, organisation of room bookings, assessmentroom set up, collation of session evaluations.• Maintain timely, accurate and complete details of all teacher training places on relevantplatforms (e.g. ‘Publish’ GOV.UK) and check ‘Manage’ (GOV.UK) Teacher Training regularly fornew applications. Load interview documentation (written task, interview checklist,matrix/Feedback sheet) to University of Hertfordshire for verification.• Be the first, and ongoing, point of contact for all enquiries and provision of informationregarding the DET ITT offer, responding to questions from applicants and other stakeholdersin an efficient, professional manner which promotes confidence in and enthusiasm for DETITT provision.
