Current- Scaled the department from 1 project, 6,500 students, and 50 teachers in 2018 to 20+ projects, 500,000 students, and 5,000 teachers in 2023.- Successfully launched various international projects in the B2G, B2B, Non-profit, and SAAS sectors.- Managed a team of 40+ full-time and 80+ part-time employees, including project managers, analysts, support, operational, PR & marketing, and sales managers.- Increased department revenue by fivefold through the acquisition of new projects, with 70% of customers extending existing projects and purchasing new ones.- Improved department profitability by implementing automation and optimizing business processes, as well as reusing materials for new projects.- Introduced key metrics and KPIs, including SLA, CSI, NPS, LTV, revenue, and program efficiency, to measure and enhance project quality.- Implemented analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and in-house developments to make data-driven decisions and reduce manual checks.- Enhanced cross-functional cooperation and transparency through task-management systems (Jira, Trello, Asana, Click-Up), Agile approach, and assessment systems.- Successfully transitioned programs and business processes to online learning during the COVID-19 lockdown, maintaining the effectiveness of study for over 80% of students.- Launched online support systems, automated reply bots, and knowledge bases, enabling support for 60 times more customers with only a doubling of managerial resources.
