Studio Earl offers spatial design & scenography services with a strong focus on arts & cultural exhibitions. From conception to production, Studio Earl strives to promote sustainable solutions and equitable practices; every project is executed with defined attention. Our debut design for Artforum, part of the 2023 Armory Show, paid homage to the contemporary art publication's 60+ year history, catering to an average of 48,000 guests, including 9,000 VIPs from over 180 global cultural institutions and 240+ exhibitors from more than 30 countries. Most recently, our engagement with the Northside Community Garden in Williamsburg illustrates our commitment to creating spaces that exist symbiotically with their communities and environments.

Founding NANA Studios in Brooklyn, a design and build studio focusing on lighting and restoration, has allowed me to navigate the blend of creativity and practicality. At NANA Studios, I showcase my commitment to breathing new life into spaces through carefully designed lighting solutions and restoration techniques. Our mission goes beyond illumination; we aim to redefine spaces, ensuring each project is unique and historically authentic. Our work bridges the past and present, honoring a space's legacy while pioneering innovative designs. This role has given me the experience of turning ideas into reality and fostering a collaborative studio culture rooted in creativity and a love for excellent design.

As the Executive Director at New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), I have played a key role in driving the organization's growth and enhancing community satisfaction by an impressive 60%. I lead the strategic planning and execution of crucial initiatives, such as expanding annual sponsorships to 18 and membership to over 275 agents. My leadership has significantly contributed to creating more than 40 unique professional development opportunities each year for members and orchestrating three major annual events featuring influential speakers in architecturally significant projects.
