Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Current- Primary contact and strategic advisor for enterprise customers, managing a book of business valued at $3M+ in customer contracts- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from post-sale to renewal, ensuring customers derived value at every stage- Drive user adoption through tailored onboarding, training, and engagement strategies, ensuring maximum value- Work closely with the internal integrations team to ensure seamless product integration and successful product launch within project timelines- Manage customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to directly influence product roadmap and strategic vision- Lead contract renewals and negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term customer relationships
