In my position at Choate I worked to support various team members in the Patent and Intellectual Property department with administrative tasks and day to day operations. I worked closely with the filing specialists to make the patent prosecution process run smoothly.

From my work at the Grotto I have developed my interpersonal skills both with coworkers and customers. I have experience handling myself in an incredibly fast paced environment and I often use conflict resolution skills. Making the dining experience as comfortable as possible requires that I am personable and professional.

I participated in an internship for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL for three months of a nine month program (I was sent home due to Covid-19). During my time at Disney I received a few weeks of rigorous customer service and safety training, to ensure that every guest had the best experience possible. I operated machinery, gave rehearsed speeches, and worked with a team to seat 1,400 guests in a small theater quickly. Guest experience was of the utmost importance at Disney, and I believe I mastered these skills in just a few months.

I worked one on one with student athletes to develop growth mindsets and help them achieve higher grade point goals.

In this role I worked in the office of Representative Denise Garlick who headed the Committee on Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Recovery. I drafted constituent communications and researched legislation, and worked with a team to complete a bill project.
