Current• Developed Data Governance Strategy according to the best world practice and Data Management Bodyof Knowledge (DMBoK).• Introduced central data strategy and successfully launched data platform and data management trackby Microsoft Master Data Services + Microsoft Dynamics in order to set up and improve data qualityand security in the company.• led the development of BI-reporting for various functions and TOP management.• Developed design and architecture in Data area and was responsible for the whole technical stack init.• Recruited and managing multinational data team (20 FTE – BI, DWH, MDM).• Ensuring data quality allow to run clear analytics in order to grow Company’s sales.• Consulting management and train employees on the importance of data governance as a dataevangelist.Key wins:• In short time period reduced the number of MDM systems from 3 (in Russian, Ukranian and GeorgianBU) to 1 transparent (in Corporate Center). Data costs have been reduced due to the abandonment ofmappers.• Unified the forms of BI reporting in various business units which allowed to reduce the reporting timeand increase the expertise of the multinational BI team.
