I was providing consultancy services in areas of strategic and operations management, innovation culture, technology scouting, and supported strategic decisions for both mature corporations and freshly backed up start-ups. Taking part in R&D commercialisation I was bringing innovative products and services to the market.Today I do all the above for a single organization operating in logistics. I facilitate the creation and implementation of the growth strategy, what translates into leading interdisciplinary matrix teams and managing complex projects.
