I was responsible for selecting and building a Scrum Master community, supervising their work. Worked together with department leaders, facilitated workshops and made sure continuous improvement took place on mid-level management and worked out a strategy for agile transformation for a suborganization.

Coached two teams developing wizzair.com and WizzAir mobile application. My main achievement was that my teams could reduce their average lead time from 9 months to 1 week.
