I’m the Founder of Successful Coaching, founded in 2023, building a consultancy and coaching agency that has gone on to serve over 40 clients in our first year, from mammoth organisations like Pluss, Samaritans, Citizens UK and the RSA to small charities in their start up phases. We founded the first Consultants network for management, research and coaching consultants across the UK (Charity Consultants UK).We tackle people issues, coach leaders, research strategies, provide mental health friendly organisational and workforce development. I also provided evaluation coaching and conducted and supported a locally led systemic evaluation of the preventing school exclusion programme and contributed to national research evaluation reports design and development and designed local and national events convening decision makers, funders, education leaders and education improvement leaders from across the country. -
