About Anna Day Frsa

I’m the Founder of Successful Coaching, founded in 2023, building a consultancy and coaching agency that has gone on to serve over 40 clients in our first year, from mammoth organisations like Pluss, Samaritans, Citizens UK and the RSA to small charities in their start up phases. We founded the first Consultants network for management, research and coaching consultants across the UK (Charity Consultants UK).We tackle people issues, coach leaders, research strategies, provide mental health friendly organisational and workforce development. We specialise in coaching that is therapeutically informed, recognising that leaders and teams issues often coalesce around mentally healthy leaders and organisations. We offer fully funded coaching under Access to Work for leaders and teams with cognitive disabilities, mental health, autism, ADHD or other neurodivergent traits.     In this role I coached a Worcestershire collaborative of leaders, from health, SEND system, headteachers and the local authority towards implementation of the Preventing Schools Programme, a multi agency 8 strand delivery programme of initiatives across the education, SEND and healthcare system and local authority to drive down school schoo exclusion at a systemic level, working as a year 3 Consultant for a 3 year research pilot on behalf of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce. I also provided evaluation coaching and conducted and supported a locally led systemic evaluation of the preventing school exclusion programme and contributed to national research evaluation reports design and development and designed local and national events convening decision makers, funders, education leaders and education improvement leaders from across the country.
