General purpose:The CSA (Customer service agreement) & non core product Supervisor is responsible for growing and maintaining the CSA concept. This included the project lead of developing the concept and new product for sales both within CSA and as supplement to our after sales dep. The responsibility is also to run the department efficiently and make sure all contractual material is delivered.Key Accountabilities:- Personal Management for CSA administrator- Responsible for optimalization of the CSA agreement in Pon Power Scandinavia- Be the prime power of developing the CSA concept for Pon Power Scandinavia in the future- Create the right CSA focus within the organisation- Provide information CSA information, marketing material, presentations, training, about CSA to the sales force- Report CSA status on regular basis. - Secure that all contract, renewals are up to date- Implement CSA into the entire company, cross country & cross market segment- Be a significant part in the sales process for selling new agreements.- Lead and participate in business development project to grow our business opportunities/none – core products.

Function:- Establish new contracts and execute the yearly revision for the contracts, based on input from sales dep. - The CSA administrator should together with CSA manger seek to develop optimal structure for follow up of the CSA structure.- As the goal is to increase the share of Pon Power Scandinavia business through CSA, the CSA administrator should participate in developing new CSA concept for the future and find the best way to follow up and fulfill the new concepts. Main tasks:- Support Sales dep. with the preparation of Contracts- Support sales dep. with yearly revision of Contracts.- Secure that contract templates are updated and available in the required languages- Secure that the contract promises are executable and agreed by with the Service Organization before signing of the agreement- Be part in developing the CSA concept and new service products- Be a support in marketing related issues such as brochures and the like- Keep CSA related information on Insight up to date- Be a support to Account manager before customer meetings preparing tool box (presentations) and also support in customer meetings

”Nya Ögon Upptäcker Mark” is a blog focusing on the positive things in Mark’s municipality and what is possibly to do there. This is a way of marketing the municipality and increase the tourism. During summer of 2010 I perform a lot of different activities in the municipality, which I write about in the blog. The project is financed by local compaines (sponsors) and Leader Sjuhärad. Leader Sjuhärad gives allowance for development of country places. They are given the money from the government and the EU. I started the project myself and are employed by Mark´s municipality.
