The goal of my PhD project was to develop an internet guided self-help intervention for employees with depressive symptoms. The intervention is called Happy@Work. With this intervention we aimed to reduce depressive symptoms, absenteeism and presenteeism. After development of the intervention we tested the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of the intervention. Gerhard Andersson (letter of recommendation available).During these months I have worked on the project iStress. iStress is a guided, tailored, and individualized web-based stress management intervervention for managers with stress problems. The intervention also contains information and assingments to improve leadership skills. This intervention thus combines e-health with e-learning. The effectiveness of the intervention is currently being examined.
