Triathlon NT is the Peak Sporting Body for triathlon in the Northern Territory, whose role is to strategically manage triathlon across the Territory, ensuring our values of Respect, Health, Enjoyment, Belonging and Achievement are at the core of everything we do. As Executive Director I managed the operational implementation of the Triathlon NT Strategic Plan; creating, managing and implementing policies, initiatives and programs for our members and stakeholders, within the framework of the highly collaborative Triathlon Australia National Operating Model.A key project during my time at Triathlon was to increase the profile of the Triathlon NT brand through the creation, development and implementation of a communication strategy. Working within the stringent Triathlon Australia sanctioning process I have developed a high level of risk management skills and the ability to deliver high quality events, on budget in locations with no logistical support. My career has been built on my highly development project management skill set - financial management, program planning, procurement, stakeholder and personnel management. Working primarily in the graphic design industry, managing international design projects, I have transferred these skills across a number of varied projects and industries including new product development, furniture manufacturing, local government projects and event management.In 2007 I had took a career break from full-time work to raise my family.
