Triathlon NT is the Peak Sporting Body for triathlon in the Northern Territory, whose role is to strategically manage triathlon across the Territory, ensuring our values of Respect, Health, Enjoyment, Belonging and Achievement are at the core of everything we do. As Executive Director I managed the operational implementation of the Triathlon NT Strategic Plan; creating, managing and implementing policies, initiatives and programs for our members and stakeholders, within the framework of the highly collaborative Triathlon Australia National Operating Model.A key project during my time at Triathlon was to increase the profile of the Triathlon NT brand through the creation, development and implementation of a communication strategy.
