Anna Grigoryan, MD, PhD, MSc, Programme Management Officer, Division of Technical Cooperation, IAEA/Vienna, Austria. I am a public health professional with 30 years of experience in clinical work, biosurveillance & epidemiology, project management and implementation, public health policy, and strategy development in government settings. I served as an expert for CDC, USAID, World Health Organization, World Bank, DTRA, UNAIDS, German Development Agency (GTZ), etc. as well as session moderator, judge, objective panel reviewer, abstract reviewer for numerous prestigious conventions.Before joining IAEA, I worked for six years as a Team Leader for Health and Social Portfolio at USAID/Armenia. I authored or co-authored 36 publications in peer-reviewed journals; multi-lingual - fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian; have a good knowledge of German and French. I am a five-time recipient of State Department Meritorious Honor Awards (2001-2006), several CDC and ATSDR [DHHS] Honor Awards for outstanding achievements and high professionalism.I have an enthusiasm for problem-solving and an understanding of multiple technical areas.
