Throughout my 15 years working in the non profit field, I’ve garnered experience in donor relationship management including cultivation of major gifts from individuals, foundations and corporations, as well as diversifying revenue, board relations and recruitment, special events, and spearheading strategic organizational planning including capital campaigns. I also have worked extensively in marketing, including social media, press releases and brand identity. I also earned an MBA that has honed my ability to view a non-profit from a business mindset to ensure financial and administrative health. This includes preparing a budget, reading and understanding financial statements and embracing proactive processes as well as modeling best practices for human resources, team building and internal controls.
