Duties include: collections and archives management, curating, budgeting, supervision of two full time employees and fifteen volunteers, marketing initiatives, fundraising, daily musuem operations, building and exhibit maintenance scheduling, gift shop management and purchasing, community engagement and outreach, and educational programming development. Project management of the cooperative agreement between Dayton History and the U.S. Department of Energy that funds the Mound Educational Center Project. Duties include: quarterly financial and progress reports, annual project reporting, other reporting, budgeting, management of grant funds, ensuring long-term sustainability of the Center and all other duties outlined under the federal agreement.
