In Danish Board of Technology I currently work to make science more strategic through the concept of Open Research Agenda Setting for the neuroscientific platform EBRAINS.EU. This is a part of my ‘community building’ activities which also includes building strategic partnerships internationally, implementing RRI (especially roboethics, animal ethics and diversity), and speaking at conferences such as Society of Neuroscience and Bernstein.I have the responsibility of interns and student employees and their program, this count project interns but also communication and software developer-interns. Here I focus on a good work life, professional relevant content, and creating a room for constructive feedback, always looking for ways to improve.I oversaw the community building efforts in the energy project Act4Eco.eu including method development and day-to-day coordination with partners in 8 countries. Here I made a collaboration with among others the UN, Synergi, and Municipalities (DK2020).Finally, I’ve build a podcast room, automated workflows and applied agile project management workflows.

I participated in a peace conference by the UN and the African Union in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I assisted the project development of an a SDG software tool, hereunder partook in the development of a methodology for international data collection and data responsibility, and had meetings with developers in Amsterdam. Furthermore, I implemented project management tools for increased transparency, assisted on a Danida project on dialogue between Denmark and the African continent and on papers concerning conflict prevention and good governance.

As a model I have been working in the eye of the hurricane in extremely international environments in constantly changing teams. With big productions, huge budgets, timeframes and clashes within culture and disciplines. This has given me an insight in collaboration in international teams and highlighted the importance of especially clear division in tasks. I have worked internationally, and lived in Paris where I learnt french. I have a loyal collaboration with my agencies, some for +10 years and have worked for important clients such as Cartier, L’oréal and Kenzo. I still work with Scoop Models Copenhagen, Berta Models Barcelona and Urban talents, Paris.

I founded Lendemain Organic in 2015 and was the first to import vegan accessoires like sneakers made from pineapple-leather to Denmark. The ethical and innovative aspects of Lendemain Organic has enabled strong relationships with costumers, suppliers, influencers and has resulted in 5/5 star ranking on fb and 8/10 on Trustpilot.Operating Lendemain Organic has taught me how to facilitate fruitful collaborations between businesses and NGOs, to speak in public about sustainability, participate in fashion summits and organize my own events (see some video below). I have learnt the importance of prioritizing tasks, finding shared motivation for interns and volunteers and finally I’ve learnt the value of streamlined and structured internal processes.On top of that I have gained knowledge on KPIs, SoMe strategies and content creation, and used tools such as Trello, Premiere Pro, Google Analytics, Woocommerce and Wordpress.
