Developed competition rules, rubrics, scoring sheets. Managed a group of over 50 volunteers on the day of the event. Raised $4,000 for both the Nu Gamma Psi Boys and Girls Step Teams.

- One of 16 teachers selected for the 2017-2018 Queens cohort of the Leaders in Education Apprenticeship Program through the Office of Leadership. - Coach and mentor two teachers in Science and English, successfully moving teacher practice from Developing to Effective in the areas of questioning and discussion, student engagement, and assessment. - Developed and delivered in-house CTLE accredited professional development sessions, “Building Cultural Proficiency Part One” and “Building Cultural Proficiency Part Two” to over 200 school administrators, faculty, and staff members, analyzing data around school cultural proficiency and culturally responsive practices. - Created a grade-level database of “Culturally Responsive Literature” for the English Department to increase the use of culturally responsive literature within the curriculum, resulting in inclusion of four new texts across grade levels. - Collaborated with guidance counselors and faculty to facilitate AP for All student focus groups to compile and analyze data grounded in student experiences across multiple content areas, leading to implementation of bridge program for first time Advanced Placement students.- Participated in a Mock Quality Review and Quality Review Shadow experience, providing feedback to the Principal and School Leadership based on the Quality Review Rubric and the Framework for Great Schools
