I was hired as a Customer Service representative to answer questions from customers, take sales calls and give superior customer service. My role was quickly expanded to verifying all district paperwork and generating several daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management team. I was then promoted to a Lead Customer Service Representative/Training role.

Hired as a Customer Care Advocate in 2007, I was promoted twice in the first year of employment due to hard work and dedication to improving the business goals. I took over the training program in December of 2007 and redesigned it to fit with adult learning principals. This redesign improved the retention of information, improved post training assessment scores and elevated the post training knowledge level of the phone representatives. The Customer Experience Supervisor/Trainer is the lead trainer for the Customer Care Department. I was responsible for partnering with Customer Advocate Supervisors, identify training deficiencies and designing programs that improved these challenges. Also, I was responsible for overseeing the collection of Quality Assurance Data from Customer Experience Specialists to identify further training deficiencies.
