Born and raised in Texas, I was a spicy center midfielder who unconditionally loved soccer, found a way to make a friend in everybody, and thought government was the coolest. Many years later, that’s the exact trajectory of my career. I spent 10 very proud and humbling years working with the finest in the Federal Government to then shift my career to what I'm passionate about most — U.S. Soccer. And even better, the friends I've made along the way are still my greatest source of happiness today.I find joy in connecting people — from all domains and disciplines — to a common purpose. I solve challenging problems in uncertain, undefined environments by using my range of experience in (1) strategy and visioning, (2) program / project management, (3) risk and financial management, (4) organizational design and effectiveness, and (5) governance. On a personal note, I am deeply committed to advancing women’s sports. As a former D1 collegiate athlete, sports shaped my life, and I’m passionate about lowering barriers to help the millions of female athletes attain their (deserved) sport dreams.
