I am a Business Development Manager at Freezvon, a leader in telecommunication services based on VoIP technology. I have been working with Freezvon since March 2019, helping them sell landline and mobile telephone numbers of different types for many countries around the world. In my role at Freezvon, I am responsible for managing and growing the customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and overseeing the sales process and strategy. I use my skills in customer success, customer satisfaction, and sales management to communicate effectively with our customers, understand their needs and preferences, and offer them the best solutions for their long-distance and international calls.
