Main activities and responsibilities:- Agreeing to and managing a budget. - Securing and booking a venue or location, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire. - Planning entertainment programmes, identifying and securing speakers or special guests. - Preparing the script for the event. - Liaising with designers to create a brand for the event and organising the production of printed materials. Preparing the presentations. - Coordinating staff briefings. Coordinating suppliers, handling participants queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly. - Post-event evaluation.Type of events:Conferences, promotions and product launches, seminars, gala dinners, business dinners, theme parties, VIP events, award ceremonies, incentive events. Attendance on global/international conferences as Conference Team Member. Other responsibilities:- Maintaining and updating information on the company Webpage, Facebook page and blogger. - Creating newsletters.- Booking flight tickets, hotels and arranging insurance. - Translating materials and presentations from Slovak and English to Hungarian.

- Liaising with media, individuals and other organizations. - Writing and editing in-house magazines, articles and annual reports. - Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, photographs, films and multimedia programmes. - Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, and state/national events. - Maintaining and updating information on the community's website.
