- Coordinated annual Dietetic Internship Workshop by reaching out to guest speakers, booking locations, and marketing to the student body. As a Group Fitness Instructor at F45 Training San Rafael my duties include:- Build a motivating and inclusive learning environment for clients of various cultural backgrounds and fitness levels.- Ensure safety of students through education of proper exercise technique by using an array of tactile and verbal cues.- Perform body composition scans using an InBody testing machine and communicate the results to clientele in a clear and positively constructive manner.- Provide one-on-one nutritional and goal-setting consultations.

As Staff Accountant for Bumble Bee Foods my duties included:-Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations in a timely manner.-Producing and posting general ledger entries using SAP software while maintaining a detailed collection of supporting documentation.-Ensuring that any account variances were identified, thoroughly analyzed, and solved.-Working closely with HR to guarantee accurate posting of payroll and reconciliation of unusual payroll transactions.-Reconciling accounts relating to cash, payroll, prepaids, goodwill, royalties, and receivables.-Assisting with year-end audit by providing schedules as needed and thoughtfully answering any questions that may arise during the process.

As VP of Finance for the Epsilon Iota chapter of Delta Gamma my duties included:- Creating an annual budget of over $130,000, and managing expenses to ensure that a surplus was achieved.- Identifying financial needs based on previous officer’s concerns and incorporating them into the budget.-Preparing monthly financial reports for regional advisors.- Delegating financial responsibilities to the chapter directors working under me to ensure timely payment of certain accounts payable.-Using excel to book accounts receivable and accounts payable. Also to develop the annual budget, and to track actual results to the budget.In addition to my responsibilities as VP of Finance, I was part of the chapter executive management team. As such, we oversaw and managed all aspects of the chapter including public relations, recruitment, and community outreach.

As Director of Funds I worked directly with the VP of Finance and my duties included:-Collecting and approving officer expense requests to assure that all officers adhere to the budget.-Confirming that all online contracts were signed within 10 days of issuance.

As the Director of Pursuits I facilitated quarterly goal setting meetings of 15+ women in which I helped to promote creative thinking and strategized on how to achieve them.

As Director of House Management I worked directly with the VP of Finance and my duties included:-Acting as a liaison between the women who live in the Delta Gamma house and the House Corporation.-Facilitating gracious living and ensuring that members adhered to all housing policies.
