Main functions:-Work with the countries on the annual marketing communication plan definition and its implementation aligned with global brand strategy.-Support and supervise the implementation and adaptation of central campaigns to local environments and local events activations. -Asses markets when creating local content ensuring brand Corporate Identity.-Monitor local media planning for traditional and digital media.-Explore areas of innovation to support local needs.-Response to countries specific needs, share relevant information and best practices to find possible synergies between countries.-Analysis and action of brand KPIs and campaign performance (digital KPIS, Business KPIs, post campaign analysis, etc.)-Control of marketing budget definition.

- Social Media content creation and distribution.- Owned and earned channels management, events coverage in Social Media, digital campaigns implementation.- Brand reputation tracking (social listening and monitoring tools).

North Africa and Middle East region - Giving support with the analysis of sales, market share, industry, competitors and segments.- Collaborating with the definition of the strategy for each market (product definition, forecast of sales, price positioning, follow-up of orders and supply chain, etc.)
