This Thesis combined socioeconomic data and conventional scientific climate parameters into an index that allows for maps to be produced and the relative vulnerability of communities(*sovereign tribal nations) to be better understood. This assessment facilitates identification and prioritization of the drivers of vulnerability and focuses on adaptation interventions to address these drivers.
