In this dynamic role, my primary responsibility involved the implementation, training and management of the in-house developed document management system Information Exchange (IX) within the project. Played a pivotal role in overseeing the integration and effective utilization of the IX system. This involved tracking and reporting on the system's implementation progress to ensure alignment with project timelines. Developed and executed a comprehensive training program for both project team members and suppliers, ensuring they were proficient in using the IX system. This included creating training materials and conducting hands-on training sessions. Although a minor part of my role, I engaged in expert user testing of system releases, project-specific configurations, and maintained communication with the project team for N-Digi integration. Beyond the IT realm, I was an integral part of the engineering for procurement team on the Production, Drilling, and Quarters (PDQ) platform Hugin A, demonstrating my versatility and technical acumen in various aspects of the project. Developed a complete set of video tutorials to train both suppliers and project users in IX, showcasing my ability to create engaging and effective educational content.
