- Partner with fellow officers and regional leaders to set and implement strategic goals that align with Phi Theta Kappa’s mission. Provide mentorship and support to chapter officers and members throughout the region.- Oversee the planning and execution of the FL Regional Conference, which includes organizing award ceremonies that recognize outstanding chapter and individual achievements. Ensure a seamless and impactful event experience for all attendees.- Lead the writing and submission of award nominations for the Catalyst International Conference, showcasing the achievements and innovations of our chapters and members on a global stage.- Design and implement regional programs and events that foster engagement, professional growth, and academic excellence among members.- Formulate strategies to boost chapter involvement, enhance membership retention, and maximize regional impact. Utilize feedback and performance metrics to refine our initiatives.- Build and sustain relationships with educational institutions, community leaders, and other stakeholders to further the society’s objectives and expand its influence.- Act as a liaison between regional chapters and the national organization, ensuring effective communication of policies, updates, and opportunities.

Invited to continue my role as a data analyst and researcher by my supervisor as an intern for the Spring 2024 semester. In which I will prepare quantitative an qualitative data for analysis; optimize procedures for interpreting information in software; manage transactions for use between more than one software; and develop curriculum for adult learners to become proficient in creating sentiment analysis using Python and NLTK. In addition, I am the only student to participate of the committee organizing a presidential AI conference to faculty and staff. Class CGS-2941.

I volunteered with many Assessment Leadership Teams at the Learning Assessment Office which uses data analysis to find ways to implement better teaching methods at Valencia College. We collect data, interpret its results, develop new assessment plans, and then implement them. In addition, students participate in meetings with faculty in which we are able to have a voice in the conversation, which helps in developing our leadership and public speaking skills. Volunteering to such a noble cause gives me real work experience in areas such as data gathering, data analysis, data exploration, and data visualization Part of my Service Learning Honors class.
