My vocation is to build sustainable solutions for growing people out of poverty or malnutritionSince May 2020, I Joined back as Business Development Director Nutrition, Danone Communities, the investment fund from Danone I contributed to launch in 2007, which supports inclusive businesses, that give access to middle/ low income communities to safe drinking water and to an affordable sustainable diet.I have 14 years experience in strategy consultancy in France, working for FMCG companies (Danone, Orange, Heineken) to develop new access to markets and innovative business models. After working on the launch of Danone Communities fund in 2007, I changed carreer path to get involved in Social Business.I spent 6 months in 2009 at Laiteries du Berger, in Senegal, a social business funded by danone.communties where I contributed to the launch of the brand Dolima. I joined for 2 years as Marketing and Sales Director a Senegaleses FMCG company where I established a more focused and profitable offer, by leveraging local sourcing and developing nutritional portfolio.In 2012, I was recruited to launch a social business in Ghana connecting a 5000 rural women network to shea butter and nuts market. The network reached 25 000 women within 4 years.From 2016, as Managing Director of Grameen Danone Foods Ltd, after a quick turnaround in business to reach positive margin, we built a diversification strategy to accelerate impact and reach sustainability.
