I am an enthusiastic agilist on a journey of experimentation, learning, and improving. As a servant-leader I model agile values and work with teams to build trust and nurture psychological safety. I mentor fellow agilists to cross-pollinate and help create cross-functional, high-performing teams. I coach leadership and managers to empower people to be self-organizing (this is always a work in progress). I reveal anti-patterns and work to remove/reduce impediments. I do a lot of facilitating, but collaborating is always the best part of my day. I consider myself a continual learner and everyday is an opportunity to adapt and improve.
