I worked as a customer advisor for Parkdean Resorts for over 7 years. My main role was to arrange appointments for potential caravan owners to come and view one of our 68 parks that we sell on. I established and maintained relationships with customers as well as being a support for all of the parks. I ensured that all account enquiries were dealt with in a timely manner. I constantly provided a high standard of customer service for all incoming and outgoing calls. I provided training and mentoring to new head office employees as well as many new on park caravan sales starters. Key Achievements:In 2017 I was the first person from the sales team to be awarded a performance based elite trip to South Africa with 50 other high performing colleagues across the entire organisation. In 2017 I was the runner up for the company's Central Support Person.Since 2010 I continuously was a key member of the sales team who often exceeded the leader board standings.
