That’s right - I’m building strong, collaborative and happy relationships with our clients, whilst making sure we deliver consistently on their requirements. What does that look like?Well, in my day to day role, I’m quoting on their orders that are ready to be shipped to customers, liaising with our international and domestic agents on our customers behalf to ensure a swift and smooth service is provided for Air, Sea and Road transport methods. I’m keen to always be accurate on our pricing, so I make sure I really know my stuff! Being dedicated to understanding the current market makes it much easier for me to pass down any discounts and savings to our clients.
